We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
All JEM$TASH and JEMTRAY designs are custom handmade to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your design to be created, processed and shipped out. Handle your Jem$tash/JemTray with extreme care. To clean, gently wash with warm water and gel-based cleanser.
All clothing and jewelry orders will be processed and shipped out within 24- 48 hours of the order being placed.
A USPS tracking # will be provided in the confirmation email of your order.

We currently ship via USPS (US ONLY) .
We do not ship to PO Boxes, only a physical shipping address.
All orders will be processed Mon- Fri. All orders placed after 5pm pacific standard time on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
We currently only ship within the United States.
Please contact us to set up a return. If you have any questions regarding a return, just ask.

All returns will be processed after item(s) are received back at our office and we have inspected them and confirm that they are in their original condition. Once that is done, we will issue a refund and you will be notified via email.
Customers have seven days from the date their package was delivered to contact us to set up a return. After this timeframe, we do NOT accept returns. All returns must be in their original condition.
Jewelry and vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact USPS.
SALES & PROMOS
We do run sales and promos from time to time. We do not however honor price adjustments relating to purchases before or after a sale or promo has ended.
